To the casual observer this photo looks like black vines hanging across the van (it is coming from around the side of the house). I took it at a place in Cairns that was renown for a noisy aggressive spook called "Jack". Those black tentacles going over the van and across the roof turn into feathery fine branches that are exploring the entire top of the roof and then turn into a "mist" down the passenger's side of the van. It looks like it is going into the passenger's side window. It white-outs the background weather board of the house suggesting substance. A picture taken a minute later doesn't show this effect.
